Tender terrorists

Posted on Friday 6 April 2007

How we have misjudged them! They are not such brutal beasts after all.

This week we watched as Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad backed down in the face of warnings from Prime Minister Tony Blair, setting free 15 British military personnel he had illegally take prisoner.

Doing so, as he strutted before a bevy of journalists, the “new Hitler” painted a self-portrait of decency incarnate, generously ascribing his decision to a desire to give the people of England an “Easter gift.”

As long as he had held them, the smiling Muslim said, the world should know that they were treated very well indeed.

His prisoners confirmed this – while still his prisoners, of course – in front of Iranian TV cameras, thanking the people of Iran for taking such good care of them.

Another close ally of Ahmadinejad, a Lebanon Hizb’allah leader, Thursday broadcast a similar message, shortly after the British sailors had returned home.

We are also treating our prisoners humanely, Mohammed Kanati said, referring to Eldad Regev and Ehud Goldwasser, the two Israeli soldiers his gang kidnapped on the Israel-Lebanon border last July.

“We are treating the prisoners as the prisoners whom we released in the past have described, and as our religion directs us to treat prisoners of war.”

Kanati’s statement was published Friday in the Nazareth-based newspaper A-Sinara.

And that wasn’t all! Even the remains of Israeli soldiers killed by Hizb’allah had been “immediately stored and preserved” until they were returned to Israel, according to what Kamati reportedly told Ha’aretz.

Not to be outdone, Hamas let it be known Friday – according to the same newspaper – that it had actually been so kind as to pass on a pair of spectacles to abducted IDF Corporal Gilad Schalit at the request of his father.

After nine months in captivity, cut off completely from all those he loves, the 21-year-old can now see clearly.

What kind kidnappers. What tender terrorists. What magnanimous murderers.

Why don’t we just forgive them their violent acts and try to see them as the “ordinary, warm and caring” people they really are?

Then we can all support them in their cause.

I wonder what kidnapped BBC reporter Alan Johnston thinks about his Palestinian captors ,that is if he is still alive .
After all the BBC’s’ pro Palestinian Terrorist reporting and trashing of Israel, the British have their reward from their buddies.
Will those who appease and reward evil ever learn ?
Personally,I don’t think so ,as they are led by evil also and hate God.
Does anyone really think we will ever hear the truth since much of the media is controlled and owned by big Arab oil and advertizing money.
The threats and intimidation from the jihad son’s of hell keep the western media in line and far away from the truth.
Where is tghe outcry from the West aganist the capture of one of their own.
He is just another sacrifice on the altar of lies, hypocricy and double standards for their the Palestinian State
Could you imagine the outcry and rage and news coverage from BBC if a Jewish group had kidnapped a BBC reporter ?
The BBC rarely covers this story of their own reporter kidnapped by their friends and hero’s ,the terrorist Palestinian’s who run Gaza..
Lets face it ,the whole world lies in wickedness and under the power of the evil one.
But Praise God ,we are more than conquerors thru Messiah who loved us and gave Himself for us.
The faith which moves mountains is needed now ,today more than ever.
May God raise up a standard against Israel’s enemies now which foils and brings all their plans to nothing in Jesus’ name I ask.
    Amen

I’ll tell you what, in gratitude for their beneviolence (like that???) let’s enlighten them in the way of the Lord and remind them that as the time draws near - to culmination of all things foretold, that they’ll be able to find the bodies of their family and loved ones STREWN across the mountains of Israel! (Ezekial 39: 12 & 13) No need to stop by and pick them up, Israel, too will “store and preserve” them…..

Israel will employ hundreds for seven months to mark the bones of those killed while trying to come against her.

To play upon the words of Yul Brynner - in relation to what the Word of God actually tells us….. “So it is written, so let it be done!”

I hear your anger, Stan. And I share it. Because we all know that these “tender” messages of care and concern from the lying mouths that uttered them, will be quickly taken to heart and believed completely by a duped media and a mindless public. And used by power-hungry world leaders to whitewash those they should not even be talking to in the first place. BUT, there is a God in Heaven Who is not fooled, who knows the hearts, and Whose purposes will be fulfilled. Be encouraged!

    Stan:

Thanks for your “tongue-in-cheek” article. I wish the press and the UN would listen to reasonable people, instead of terrorists. Of course, it seems they listen the least to we who believe the Scriptures. I appreciate your heart toward G-d! Israel needs all the support she can get . As a Christian, I believe it’s the least I can do.

My husband and I are Jewish and have a son living in Tel Aviv so we keep up on all of the news happening in Israel.

We too wonder why the world doesn’t care about the three Jewish soldiers captured by Hizb”allah. Like I mentioned to my son most of the countries hates the Jews till the world blows up.

    BS’D

    S-HALOM, Stan

As usual, your commentary is right on target!

What can we expect of the world, when ‘Israel’s leaders’ continue the
so-called ‘peace process’ (sic, really sick) with Arab enemies, despite
our soldiers having been kidnapped and held in capitivity these
    many months.
It is also due to their cowardice and callousness that JONATHAN
POLLARD, the longest held JEWISH captive who, with G-D’S help, saved
Israel from even more Arab destruction, is allowed to rot in an American
prison for more than 22 years.!!!

NOW IS THE TIME FOR ALL GOOD MEN OF CONSCIENCE
JEWS AND NON-JEWS TO PETITION PRESIDENT BUSH TO PARDON
    JONATHAN POLLARD!
PLEASE WRITE , EMAIL OR FAX HIM AT THE WHITE HOUSE
    Washington, D.C. U.S.A.

With love of G-D and Israel

“BE STILL AND KNOW THAT I AM GOD” THIS WE ALL MUST DO TO KNOW WHAT OUR LORD WOULD HAVE US DO AND PRAY ABOUT. WE MUST LEARN TO BE PATIENT UNTIL OUR LORD SPEAKS, AND SPEAK HE WILL TO EVERY ONE LIVING AND DEAD VERY SOON.
MAY GOD BLESS AND KEEP YOU STAN AND ALL OF ISRAEL SAFE.

Nancy Davidson, the world does care. My family and I live in the USA in South Georgia and we care. We have been sincerely praying for Ehud, Eldad and Gilad’s save return ever since they were captured. We will continue to hold them up in prayer and believe that God will return them home safely to their families.

    God is able.

As a devout Christian I am well aware of the evil that lurks in the heart of the government of Iran, Hamas and Hizb’allah. I am not fooled by them. Our liberal secular progressive media in the US dearly wants to believe in Iran, Hamas and Hizb’allah. What amazes me is that the secular progressive ideology in the US is everything the Islamic fundamentalists despise about the US. I do not understand why so many American Jews vote and support liberal secular progressives in the US. The liberals almost always take the side of the Islamic fundamentalists and blame the hatred towards the Jewish people on Israel. It is obvious that the great deceiver is at work throughout the world. And as God’s chosen people, the world will continue to hate the Jewish people. I love and pray for Israel and the Jewish people. I will not be fooled by the gestures of evil.

    Shalom Stan,

Tender Terrorists…… indeed! It sickens me to no end how the secular humanist media portrays evil as good and good as evil. Woe unto you says Isaiah! What sickens me even more is the way the world swallows it , hook ,line and sinker.
It has gotten so bad that the PLO/Hamas bunch are now airing a video of a Palestinian girl about 6-8 years old who is singing/mourning the death of her homicide bomber mother. Sadly depicted as the pitful victim of her mothers suicide rather than the true victims…. innocent Jews. After heart wrenching scenes of her pondering her life without her beloved mother , the young girl bravely announces she will follow in her mother’s footsteps and also become a murderer of innocents. Very few in the main stream media have the guts to tell the truth. That we are in the beginning of World War 3. That it is a religious war. That Islam is evil. That bible prophesy is unfolding before our very eyes. That history is repeating itself with respect to the rise of antisemitism. That the world is in an unprecedented moral freefall and going to hell in a handbasket!!!

Thank you Stan for telling the truth. And thank God He is in charge

    Shalom Jeremy
