The End Times – what I do believe
[The End Times – What I don’t believe (November 30, 2006) provoked an extraordinary number of responses. Most the comments disappeared when we were hacked, but I do have copies of some, which I will respond to separately in point form.]
While recently interviewing former Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu, American talk show host Bill Maher put this question to him:
“Does it not make you a bit uncomfortable that the Christian Right here in America, which backs Israel fervently, really does so because they think Jesus is going to return …to whence He came. And what He’s going to do when He gets there basically is convert all the Jews or kill them?â€
To Netanyahu’s credit, he would not be drawn into criticizing Israel’s supporters. However, like many Jews, he knows that this is the eschatology (End Times theology) of a substantial number of those friends.
It holds that, after God has restored all, or most of, the Jews to their land, they will go through further terrible suffering, worse than anything the nation has experienced, including the Holocaust. Millions of Jews will be consumed in the inferno, and the minority who survive will become Christians.
Just before this final genocide, the Church will be “raptured†into heaven for a reunion with Jesus. Seven years later (some say 3 ½), the Christians will return to earth with Jesus, who will establish His Kingdom and reign for a thousand years.
While I understand how scriptures and scenarios can be strung together to paint such a picture, in my reading and study of the Bible I see something very different ahead.
Earlier I wrote about how I was challenged by an orthodox Israeli who, upon learning that I am an Evangelical Christian, said matter-of-factly:
“Oh yes, I know what you believe; that more massive death lies ahead for us, that two thirds of the Jews who have come home will be destroyed by armies that hate Israel, and that those who survive will become Christians and join you.”
“I believe nothing of the kind,†I told my new friend.
“I do not believe for a moment that God has brought you back to see you mass-murdered in your own land.
“To the contrary, He says repeatedly through the prophets that when He returns you from exile – for the third and final time, which this is – it will be to do you good. Your very return is a sign that your time of trouble as a nation is ending. He calls the Diaspora “captivity.†Your restoration to Eretz Yisrael spells the end of that captivity ergo: your freedom!
“During the tribulation of the past 2000-plus years, Israel has surely received from the Lord’s hands ‘double for all her sins.’ But now, God has a wonderful future in store for you. He has brought you back home to bless you. And in your blessing, all of the nations of the world will be blessed.â€
I spoke intensely, holding his gaze with my own. His eyes widened, but I wasn’t quite done.
“My family and I have made Israel our home because we believe that your people are poised to enter an astonishing new chapter in their history. We want to go with you as you head into it, because we see that God is with you.
“What’s more; it may take some time, but I believe God is working to prepare the hearts of millions of Christians to come alongside you, to stand with Israel to the end.
“Whatever awaits you, awaits us too. We believe it is something very, very good.â€
I have to admit that I was struggling to communicate this in my not very good Hebrew, so what I recount here is more what I was trying to say than what actually came out. Furthermore, time did not permit me to continue just then, but if it had, and had my thoughts been clear and my command of Israel’s resurrected language somewhat better, this is what I would have wanted to say to him.
It is what I want to say to all the Jewish people:
“We know you have been through some very difficult times in the just-recent past. We have experienced a few of them with you: visiting the Galilee last summer as the Katyusha rockets rained down; teaching our children to don their gas masks and enter their sealed room against Saddam’s threatened SCUDs; counseling them after their school caretaker and a fellow student were blown up in buses near our home; frequenting restaurants that were subsequently bombed to the north and the south of us…
“Of course, you have hardly known an easy day since your homeland was reborn in 1948. And clearly there are more hard times ahead.
“But soon, very soon, you are going to witness the awesome intervention of your God. We already see how His mighty arm has been at work; protecting Israel against overwhelming enemies, and holding back the building worldwide wall of hate.
“And He is going to do more, far more. For once He has restored you to your land as a nation, He has promised to restore you, as a nation, to Himself!
“Until that day, as the clamor increases for you to give away your land and, eventually, to vacate the Middle East; as the mass media that portrays Israel as a nation of occupiers, expansionist land-thieves, human rights abusers, warmongers and war criminals, further fuels the detestation of your nation and ultimately drags the gentiles into direct confrontation with you; as you stand increasingly alone against this God-hating – and therefore Israel-hating – world, I believe it is very much in the will and purpose of God that all true Christians stand with you. For those who hate your God hate our God too.
“We will stand with you against our homelands, challenging the antisemitic policies of our governments, and be prepared to renounce our citizenship if they actively come against you.
“We will denounce the unjust anti-Israel resolutions of the United Nations, its International Court of Justice and newly-spawned Alliance of Nations; the European Union and the International Criminal Court. We will speak out and condemn the actions of the Islamic states, the Arabs and jihadists. We will condemn every voice that rises up against you in judgment.
“We will decry their injustice and gainsay their efforts, and as far as we are able we will shout from the rooftops for Christians everywhere to hear: that the international community’s land-for-peace process (Madrid, Oslo, Geneva, Road Map, Two State Solution – take your pick) is a devilish conspiracy aimed at foiling (as if it could) the very redemption purposes of God.
“And when you are too tired or feel too hopeless or too resigned to battle on and, (as many of you now do,) you start to echo the world’s lies: that this land is not yours; that whether or not it is yours you have to give it up for the sake of the “Palestinians†or for the sake of Middle East peace or for the sake of world peace – we will embrace you to strengthen you and remind you that: ‘No! This is not true!’
“The key to peace does not lie in you giving up your land. It does not lie in ‘taking risks for peace’ or making concessions to the Arabs. Israel is not the party that holds the key to peace, although we know you have been ready to give away what is most precious to your people if only it would bring you that peace.
“The key to peace lies with the Arabs. It lies in them giving up their claims to a country that has never been theirs, renouncing the threats and violence and terrorism they have employed for close to a century to drive the Jews out of this land in order to steal it for themselves. And it lies in them welcoming Israel as a legitimate, Jewish, state in their midst.
“We know they will never do this, and that in the end the entire, aggravated international community will conclude that Israel is the crux of the matter, the heart of the issue, the core of the problem: Israel has to go.
“That day is almost upon us. For some world leaders, it is already here.
“Nonetheless, when all the nations finally come against you, they will come against us too. For the time ahead will see us increasingly positioning ourselves ‘on the walls of Jerusalem’ alongside you and, where necessary, between them and you.
“We will stand with you to the end. We will encourage you to ‘stand and see the salvation of your God.’ We will see eye-to-eye with you, the Lord restoring Zion.
“Do not be afraid, dear Jewish people. There is no more holocaust. You will not face defeat while your enemies cry ‘Allahu akhbar.’ It will not be hundreds of thousands of Jewish bodies littering the coastal plain and the hills of Samaria and Judea. That fate God has reserved for your foes.
“No indeed. What is coming your way will cause us to cry out to you:
“Be strong, do not fear! Behold, your God will come with vengeance, with the recompense of God; He will come and save you.†(Isaiah 35:4)
“Israel, behold your God!
“Until then, this is our ‘End Time’ commitment to you:
“Where you go, there we will go; where you stay, there we will stay; your people will be our people, and your God will be our God. And if, God forbid, some of you have to die, then some of us will be willing to die too. But there are no more holocausts awaiting you. There will be no more genocide.
“God is bringing you home to do you good.â€
This, then, is a large part of what I believe concerning the End Times. (My thoughts on other issues will follow.)
The clearest sign that they are upon us is what we see: that the Jews are being brought home by God because their time of national trouble is drawing to a close. They are being brought home to meet with Him, to be reunited as a nation with Him. He is bringing them here to do them good; to rejoice over them “with all His heart and with all His soul.â€
His command to us Gentile believers is that we, too, should do them good; speaking comfort to them; showing them tenderness; loving them; reminding them of His love and faithfulness towards them; and encouraging them with this truth: a wonderful and glorious future lies ahead.
Their long night of suffering is passing away. Their Light is dawning, rising, and will soon be shining over them and their Land.
Read again with me God’s restoration pledges to Israel. Note how they brim with promises of hope and security, and an end to fear and suffering. As I read them, I rejoice in anticipation with Israel His glory (all emphases mine):
For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope. (Jeremiah 29:11-12)
“Now it shall come to pass, when all these things come upon you, the blessing and the curse which I have set before you, and you call them to mind among all the nations where the LORD your God drives you, and you return to the LORD your God and obey His voice, according to all that I command you today, you and your children, with all your heart and with all your soul, that the LORD your God will bring you back from captivity, and have compassion on you, and gather you again from all the nations where the LORD your God has scattered you. If any of you are driven out to the farthest parts under heaven, from there the LORD your God will gather you, and from there He will bring you. Then the LORD your God will bring you to the land which your fathers possessed, and you shall possess it. He will prosper you and multiply you more than your fathers. And the LORD your God will circumcise your heart and the heart of your descendants, to love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul, that you may live. (Deuteronomy 30:1-6)
Behold, I will gather them out of all countries where I have driven them in My anger, in My fury, and in great wrath; I will bring them back to this place, and I will cause them to dwell safely. They shall be My people, and I will be their God; then I will give them one heart and one way, that they may fear Me forever, for the good of them and their children after them. And I will make an everlasting covenant with them, that I will not turn away from doing them good; but I will put My fear in their hearts so that they will not depart from Me. Yes, I will rejoice over them to do them good, and I will assuredly plant them in this land, with all My heart and with all My soul.’ (Jeremiah 32:36-41)
“Hear the word of the LORD, O nations,
And declare it in the isles afar off, and say,
‘He who scattered Israel will gather him,
And keep him as a shepherd does his flock.’
For the LORD has redeemed Jacob,
And ransomed him from the hand of one stronger than he.
Therefore they shall come and sing in the height of Zion,
Streaming to the goodness of the LORD.
(Jeremiah 31:10-12)
O Zion,
You who bring good tidings,
Get up into the high mountain;
O Jerusalem,
You who bring good tidings,
Lift up your voice with strength,
Lift it up, be not afraid;
Say to the cities of Judah, “Behold your God!”
Behold, the Lord GOD shall come with a strong hand,
And His arm shall rule for Him;
Behold, His reward is with Him,
And His work before Him.
He will feed His flock like a shepherd ;
He will gather the lambs with His arm,
And carry them in His bosom,
And gently lead those who are with young.
(Isaiah 40:9-11)
‘For thus says the Lord GOD: “Indeed I Myself will search for My sheep and seek them out. As a shepherd seeks out his flock on the day he is among his scattered sheep, so will I seek out My sheep and deliver them from all the places where they were scattered on a cloudy and dark day. And I will bring them out from the peoples and gather them from the countries, and will bring them to their own land; I will feed them on the mountains of Israel, in the valleys and in all the inhabited places of the country. I will feed them in good pasture, and their fold shall be on the high mountains of Israel. There they shall lie down in a good fold and feed in rich pasture on the mountains of Israel. I will feed My flock, and I will make them lie down,” says the Lord GOD.
(Ezekiel 34:11-15)
They shall be safe in their land; and they shall know that I am the LORD, when I have broken the bands of their yoke and delivered them from the hand of those who enslaved them. And they shall no longer be a prey for the nations, nor shall beasts of the land devour them; but they shall dwell safely, and no one shall make them afraid. I will raise up for them a garden of renown, and they shall no longer be consumed with hunger in the land, nor bear the shame of the Gentiles anymore. Thus they shall know that I, the LORD their God, am with them, and they, the house of Israel, are My people,” says the Lord GOD.’” (Ezekiel 34:27b-30)
Sing, O daughter of Zion!
Shout, O Israel!
Be glad and rejoice with all your heart,
O daughter of Jerusalem!
The LORD has taken away your judgments,
He has cast out your enemy.
The King of Israel, the LORD, is in your midst;
You shall see disaster no more.
In that day it shall be said to Jerusalem:
“Do not fear;
Zion, let not your hands be weak.
The LORD your God in your midst,
The Mighty One, will save;
He will rejoice over you with gladness,
He will quiet you with His love,
He will rejoice over you with singing.”
(Zephaniah 3:14-17)
“For I will set My eyes on them for good, and I will bring them back to this land; I will build them and not pull them down, and I will plant them and not pluck them up. Then I will give them a heart to know Me, that I am the LORD; and they shall be My people, and I will be their God, for they shall return to Me with their whole heart.â€
(Jeremiah 24:6-7)
Â
‘Therefore do not fear, O My servant Jacob,’ says the LORD,
‘Nor be dismayed, O Israel;
For behold, I will save you from afar,
And your seed from the land of their captivity.
Jacob shall return, have rest and be quiet,
And no one shall make him afraid.
(Jeremiah 30:10)
I will plant them in their land,
And no longer shall they be pulled up
From the land I have given them,”
Says the LORD your God.
(Amos 9:15)
The Bible says it – again and again, and again and again. I believe it.

God Bless you. We are in full agreement. The love for Israel and its people that true Christians have was “birthed by God.” John 15:13 Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.
Dear Stan, Thank you so much for saying to those dear Jews what some of are unable to. We too agree. God has very clear promises of blessing, as you just scratched the surface of. Thank you, and may God continue to bless you as you bless Israel and do your best to get the truth out about their situation.

“Comfort ye, comfort ye my people..” You certainly have, with powerful words from THE Word. Blessings & prayers. In Christ, Pastor Hatlin
FOR the word of GOD is quick, and powerful, and sharper then any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of SOUL and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
My hope is that Stan’s message is heard by every Jew alive today and that it becomes the heart of our message to Israel from all Christian’s who love and serve the Holy One as His Kingdom comes to this earth.
We see the futility of man accomplishing peace on his own apart from God and encourage Israel to trust in their God and not in any nation or plan as they have all failed and will fail.
All these vain attempts Israel has agreed to will not bring true and lasting peace and we Christians encourage Israel to flee from them to the Holy One of Israel for their Peace and security.
The day approaches when all the nations will know that the Holy One of Israel is God alone .
The sea of lies will be swept away.
He is the One who will intervene on Israel’s behalf and defeat all her enemies.
Only then will the Arab’s ,freed from the curse of Islam live in peace with their Jewish brothers.
Only God can accomplish this and we are the generation here now to see this come to pass.
No early rapture or escape ,we will stand side by side with our Jewish brothers at this hour.
The nations already begin to suffer the anger of Israel’s God for their evil and hypocrisy against Israel and they will all be humbled ,broken and judged by the King of Israel .
They shall be safe in their land; and they shall know that I am the LORD, when I have broken the bands of their yoke and delivered them from the hand of those who enslaved them. And they shall no longer be a prey for the nations
The yoke of America over Israel will shortly be broken so Israel can rely on God alone for every good thing they desire.
No longer will the arrogant and the stronger push Israel around and betray her for their own selfish agenda’s
Israel, the present day tail of the nation will become the head of the nations soon ,as so many Christian’s who love your God can see so clearly.
So look up ,your reedemption does not come from the west or east but from above.
He who watches over Israel neither slumbers, nor sleeps !
All the nations are but a drop in the bucket to Him,even Russia and China but especially the U.S.
He will make a short work in bringing your enemies to nothing so that the inhabitants of this earth may come to know and fear Him and Him alone.
Only then will there be true and lasting peace.
Stan and others,
I agree and disagree with your post. I agree that the perception of the vast majority of Christians is incorrect. I agree with all of the scriptures that you quote. The question is: “When will the blessing occur?” What is bothersome to me is that your post mentions nothing of repentance and turning from wicked ways. This must occur for all people (Christians or Jews) who will ultimately escape the wrath of YHWH. Again, it is not about Gentile or Jew, it is about holiness and wickedness. YHWH will bless His people…those who truly seek Him with all their heart. These people are the House of Israel, either naturally or by being grafted into the Olive Tree (Romans 11).
I believe that we have witnessed a miraculous thing in the rebirth of the physical Nation of Israel, but I believe that we have only seen the outer surface layer of YHWH’s plan for His people. Please reference Jeremiah 23 (I will not post the whole chapter, but it should be read in context). Note verses 5-8:
“5 Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will raise unto David a righteous Branch, and a King shall reign and prosper, and shall execute judgment and justice in the earth. 6 In his days Judah shall be saved, and Israel shall dwell safely: and this is his name whereby he shall be called, THE LORD OUR RIGHTEOUSNESS. 7 Therefore, behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that they shall no more say, The LORD liveth, which brought up the children of Israel out of the land of Egypt; 8 But, The LORD liveth, which brought up and which led the seed of the house of Israel out of the north country, and from all countries whither I had driven them; and they shall dwell in their own land.”
Do the people still speak of the Exodus from Egypt? If so, then we have not seen YHWH’s completed plan. I believe we have only seen the beginning. The “Second Exodus” is all throughout the Prophets, and it is for superior than what we have been allowed to witness. There will be a return to holiness, and these people will be the people of YHWH. What will happen to the people who do not return to the ways of YHWH? see verses 39-40:
“39 Therefore, behold, I, even I, will utterly forget you, and I will forsake you, and the city that I gave you and your fathers, and cast you out of my presence: 40 And I will bring an everlasting reproach upon you, and a perpetual shame, which shall not be forgotten.”
Consider Hebrews 12:4-17
“4 Ye have not yet resisted unto blood, striving against sin. 5 And ye have forgotten the exhortation which speaketh unto you as unto children, My son, despise not thou the chastening of the Lord, nor faint when thou art rebuked of him: 6 For whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth. 7 If ye endure chastening, God dealeth with you as with sons; for what son is he whom the father chasteneth not? 8 But if ye be without chastisement, whereof all are partakers, then are ye bastards, and not sons. 9 Furthermore we have had fathers of our flesh which corrected us, and we gave them reverence: shall we not much rather be in subjection unto the Father of spirits, and live? 10 For they verily for a few days chastened us after their own pleasure; but he for our profit, that we might be partakers of his holiness. 11 Now no chastening for the present seemeth to be joyous, but grievous: nevertheless afterward it yieldeth the peaceable fruit of righteousness unto them which are exercised thereby. 12 Wherefore lift up the hands which hang down, and the feeble knees; 13 And make straight paths for your feet, lest that which is lame be turned out of the way; but let it rather be healed. 14 Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord: 15 Looking diligently lest any man fail of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and thereby many be defiled; 16 Lest there be any fornicator, or profane person, as Esau, who for one morsel of meat sold his birthright. 17 For ye know how that afterward, when he would have inherited the blessing, he was rejected: for he found no place of repentance, though he sought it carefully with tears.”
In order to see Him, we must repent, abandon our wicked ways and the wicked ways of our fathers, and return to the ways of YHWH…He does not change (Mal 3:6). These people of the Nation of Israel (natural or wild branches) will be blessed according to the Scriptures you quote. And the rest of the people who work iniquity (lawlessness) will hear the words of the returning Messiah from Matthew 7:2 -
“I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.”
Awake, O people, and seek YHWH while He can still be found!
Stan,
Are you trying to please man or God with these words? Why do you skirt around much of the scriptures and only show the positive end. The Word has given us so much more than your watered down happy version of end times. It is deceptive to tell part of what the Word tells us is going to happen. Go back to fullfilled prophecies and cut out the middle and just read the end. Would a person living at that time not want to know the whole story even if it wasn’t what he wanted to hear. Stan, what is it that causes you to tell half truths? The Day of the Lord will be most incredible. Look up and read every place in the Word where ‘Day of the Lord” is mentioned.
With Christ,
Thomas
Dear Allies
I certainly sense the spirit of transformation among widening Christian circles with regrad to deepening insight of the Jewish signifcance, fate and mission. Unfortunately, our most fateful troubles are induced by the misconduct of our fellow-countrymen, so much so that Jews, such as me, hope to bridge over historical accounts (my own ancestors tortured by the Spanish Inquisition and eventually expelled by Ferdinand and Isabel) and join forces with our Christian allies with a view to striving for the fulfillment of our joint spiritual destination.
Stan:
Good comments! I know your heart toward G-d, and your heart toward Jesus, and your heart to see all men come to the saving knowledge of G-d. I wish that all people could understand the blessings that come, not just the hardships! Indeed, we have a great hope, a blessed hope, in He who is able to do exceedingly above what we can ask or think!
Hi
I basically agree with Stan even if I am not that sure that there want be tens or hundreds of thousands that will be killed. I do not believe in a new holocaust with many millions killed. The Jews have been drinking enough from Gods cup of anger. The cup will be turned to the nations and they will be forced to drink. /micael
Excellent post, Stan. It’s good to see others speak of the truth of the Scriptures, not some strange, exotic plan that over time has become “gospel” just because some man declared it. It’s all real simple; not complicated as others would make it.
May the Lord continue to bless your work.
Stan;
I appreciate your love of the Jewish people and your support of their right to the land of Israel, but I am afraid you have fallen into the trap of loving them into Hell. You sound like you have swallowed Dual Covenant Theology hook, line, and sinker.
The Hebrew Scriptures themselves make it very clear that God has regathered the Jews for the purpose of bringing a great remnant to salvation in Yeshua, but that will be accomplished only by first bringing the Jews to the end of themselves. During that process, two-thirds of them will die at the hand of the Antichrist. But the remnant that is left will “look upon Him whom they have pierced and will weep and mourn as over the death of a first son” and they will turn their hearts to the Messiah and accept Him as their Savior. Jesus will then gather all the believing Jews left alive in the world to the land of Israel and establish Israel as the prime nation of the world. He will then fulfill all the promises He has made to them as a nation, and they will be a blessing to all the world throughout the Millennial reign of the Lord.
God bless you brother as you fight to inform the world of the Jew’s eternal title to the land God gave them through Abraham.
It would be unfair to characterize all Evangelical Christians as holding to a certain eschatological viewpoint. Although we don’t find the same “two Jews- three opinions” situation among Evangelicals, there is a great deal of variation and variation among the variations.
I believe Bill Maher has Yeshua mixed up with Muhammud, who is expected to return, as the trees tell Muslims to kill the Jews that are hiding behind them, and Jesus becomes a Muslim and gives the world to Muhammud. Maher twists even the most egregious of Christian eschatological beliefs.
When Yosef (Joseph) revealed himself to his brothers, they did not become Egyptians. Instead, Yosef’s Egyptian cohorts became aware of Yosef’s status as a Hebrew, and were introduced to his brethren. We can look to this typology in our quest to understand what HaShem is doing in our world today, including his dealings with the nation of Israel and the Jewish people. He will bring us to a place where we cry out and seek deliverance from our spiritual bondage. Perhaps some among the evangelical community will be like Moshe, and assist in the restoration of relationship between HaShem and his people.
Amen and Amen!!! Our brother Stan has quoted to us many Old Testiment scriptures concerning the restoration of Israel and the promises of blessing. But, let us not forget the warnings of the Apostle Paul to us Gentile believers in the New Testiment book of Romans Ch. 11.
Tony in South Carolina, USA
I agree wholeheartedly with what you are saying, Stan. Paul makes it abundantly clear that when the “fullness” of the gentiles have come in (been grafted into the tree of Israel) then the whole of Israel will be saved. He doesn’t say a small remnant, but the whole of Israel.
We know that Jesus Christ is the only way to come into right standing with God and I do believe that Israel will see the one they pierced and call Him Messiah. I do believe that there is a time of trouble coming upon the whole world. Just as was mentioned above, Israel will no longer speak of deliverance at the red sea, but the deliverance from the Armies mentioned in Ezekiel 38-39. A fresh renewal will come upon Israel and God says that He sees their iniquities, but will forgive them anyway.
The final trougle that is to come on the earth will not come until after the war spoken of in Ezekiel. However, we see the brewings of that war daily. How soon after that war will a peace treaty be declared?
The idea that God will take some of His saints from the trouble to come and leave Israel and other gentile saints is puzzling at best. I can find no support for the pre-trib rapture in the Word of God. Jesus returning to earth more than once is puzzling. However, the most important clue is in Revelation 20. We know that in Thessolonians Paul shows us that the “rapture” occurs with the first resurrection. We also know that Revelation 20 says that there will be those who were martyred for not receiving the mark of the beast in the first resurrection.
Israel is a burden that God has placed on my heart. One day my feet will stand upon Israels soil. I am a Christian who will stand with Israel, because my God has chosen her for His own.
Stan, I know this might be a difficult question to answer; but what percentage of Christian supporters beiieve as you do? And can you translate that percentage into numbers? in the U.S.? worldwide? Thank you so very much for your words of comfort and support. It is true. Many - if not most - Jews suspect an ulterior motive behind Christian support. ut I, personally, dn’t care. I’m dealing with the here and now. I came to Israel 21 years ago frm the U.S. because I believed - and still do - that this is the most exciting thing a Jew can do at this moment.,even with all the internal problems we are having here. But this, too, shall pass. God bless you and all the others like you.
Stan, there is a powerful annointing on you! God’s timing is amazing! The time lapse between the first don’ts and this has given all of us time to think through a lot of things, and to search scriptures for deeper and fuller understanding of many things which we have been taught.
The wonderful thing is you have backed up all of your beliefs—every single one—with Scripture—–Undeniable Truth!!!! Hallelujah!!!
You have filled the hearts of Jewish people who read this will manna from on High! Bread of Heaven, feed me til I want no more—fill my cup—fill it up and make me whole!
God Bless You and the great work you are doing in Israel and around the world, to impart wisdom and truth we all need to walk not on sifting sand…but on the solid Rock.
Much love and prayers for you, Fran and family. And divine protection as you live and walk daily in the Holy Land with God’s special Chosen People. You have been chosen by Almighty God “for such a time as this.”
Well done, Stan, well said.Your passion for the LORD and for His chosen people burns like a flame, and we hear it in your words. The LORD has indeed promised good to His people and has commanded us as gentile believers to go and tell them that. There are not many who respond with “Hineni”.
We are sent to bring the gospel, the “good news”. We have not been sent to judge. There is one Judge. We have been forbidden to take on that role. It is not for the church to ensure that Israel repents. That is the work of the Ruach, the only One sent to convict the world of sin, righteousness and judgement. We are to bear unashamedly OUR OWN WITNESS of what Yeshua has done for us, and in that way, cause His people to want what we have. If they saw His love in us, and experienced that love from us, UNCONDITIONALLY, just as we experience His love, wouldn’t they become very interested?
So be strong, Stan, and we will continue to intercede for Israel, for the Jews, loving them, standing with them; and to lift you up in prayer as you spend yourself in comforting His people. Then we, too, will be able to hear His words of commendation:
Inasmuch as you have done it unto one of the least
of these, My brethren, you have done it unto Me.

Stan,
I just love the way you plead your case. You let the Word of God do your talking! I understand some may say these blessings cannot happen without repentance. I agree, but it is the Almighty which leads us all to repentance. When the Lord calls His people back, He will lead them to repentance. Such as is written in Deuteronomy (And the LORD your God will circumcise your heart and the heart of your descendants, to love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul, that you may live. (Deuteronomy 30:1-6). This is repentance, the changing of the heart, then we see our sinfulness, and our need for God’s salvation, His Torah for our lives. I would like to conclude with a comparison of verses, one from the new testament, one from the old testament. Compare the following:Mat 18:11 For the Son of man is come to save that which was lost.
Mat 18:12 How think ye? if a man have a hundred sheep, and one of them be gone astray, doth he not leave the ninety and nine, and goeth into the mountains, and seeketh that which is gone astray?
Mat 18:13 And if so be that he find it, verily I say unto you, he rejoiceth more of that sheep, than of the ninety and nine which went not astray.
Mat 18:14 Even so it is not the will of your Father which is in heaven, that one of these little ones should perish.
John 10:14 I am the good shepherd, and know my sheep, and am known of mine.
Joh 10:15 As the Father knoweth me, even so know I the Father: and I lay down my life for the sheep.
Joh 10:16 And other sheep I have, which are not of this fold: them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice; and there shall be one fold, and one shepherd.
(Ezekiel 34:11-15)For thus says the Lord GOD: “Indeed I Myself will search for My sheep and seek them out. I will feed My flock, and I will make them lie down,†says the Lord GOD.
Now, isn’t it amazing how the Tanach (Old Testament)and the B’rit Hadasha (New Testament)are in perfect harmony with each other! Now who is the Shepherd referenced in the above verses? Jesus/Y’shua! His very name means salvation of YHWH. Who are the sheep referenced in the above verses? Israel! The Almighty desires that all be saved, and not one perish. If but one sheep is gone astray, the Good Shepherd will seek and find that one. Some will say God has cursed Israel, they were disobedient to His Torah,His commandments. For this reason God is done with the people Israel. God forbid, who in God’s green earth is obedient to HIm? None! We all have gone astray! Let me repeat that, We have all gone astray! I am so thankful that God, the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob is a merciful God, full of grace. He is faithful, when we are not. For without His mercy we all would perish. You see the story of God and His beloved Israel is not about the people Israel, it is all about GOD. His faithfulness, His mercy, His grace, His everlasting love! This story has a happy ending, the bride and the bridegroom live happily ever after. Why? Because the bridegroom loves the bride even unto death, and so we have life everlasting! Keep up the good work Stan, God bless you. Shalom
Eric, David Reagan and all who call upon the Lord,
It’s so wonderful to understand from Gods word how He will accomplish His work in and for Israel.
The Lord will sovereignly wipe away the sin of Israel. Thats what He said !
All who call upon the Lord will be saved in an instant .He will do it .
The lie , the false teaching that Jews will convert to a paganized Christianity ignores the truth that we ‘ Christians ‘are grafted into the Commonwealth of Israel.
It is the other way around ,we are grafted into the natural olive tree.
When Messiah comes to save Israel they will look upon Him whom they had pierced. He will return in love and not judgment for His remnant and as Judah Tzoref pointed out ,there is a seperation in Israel between those who seek and call upon the Lord and those who serve man made idol’s to save them.
We have the same seperation among the gentiles nations and the religious .
Summer is nigh and the harvest is truly upon us.
Isa 44:21 Remember these, O Jacob and Israel; for thou art my
servant: I have formed thee; thou art my servant: O Israel, thou
shalt not be forgotten of me.
Isa 44:22 I have blotted out, as a thick cloud, thy transgressions,
and, as a cloud, thy sins: return unto me; for I have redeemed thee.
Isa 44:23 Sing, O ye heavens; for the LORD hath done it: shout, ye
lower parts of the earth: break forth into singing, ye mountains, O
forest, and every tree therein: for the LORD hath redeemed Jacob,
and glorified himself in Israel.
Isa 44:24 Thus saith the LORD, thy Redeemer, and he that formed thee
from the womb, I am the LORD that maketh all things; that stretcheth
forth the heavens alone; that spreadeth abroad the earth by myself;
Isa 44:25 That frustrateth the tokens of the liars, and maketh
diviners mad; that turneth wise men backward, and maketh their
knowledge foolish;
Isa 44:26 That confirmeth the word of his servant, and performeth
the counsel of his messengers; that saith to Jerusalem, Thou shalt
be inhabited; and to the cities of Judah, Ye shall be built, and I
will raise up the decayed places thereof:
For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this
mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness
in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be
come in. And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There
shall come out of Sion the Deliverer, and shall turn away
ungodliness from Jacob: For this is my covenant unto them, when I
shall take away their sins.
For as ye in times past have not believed God, yet have now obtained
mercy through their unbelief: Even so have these also now not
believed, that through your mercy they also may obtain mercy. For
God hath concluded them all in unbelief, that he might have mercy
upon all. O the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge
of God! how unsearchable are his judgments, and his ways past
finding out! For who hath known the mind of the Lord? or who hath
been his counsellor? Or who hath first given to him, and it shall be
recompensed unto him again? For of him, and through him, and to him,
are all things: to whom be glory for ever. Amen
Romans 11
Although we, I guess, will agree to disagree about the pre-trib rapture, etc, I have become frustrated with the notion of if people believe what they read in the Bible or believe that there is only one way to salvation for Jew and Gentile alike, that somehow they don’t love Jews and Israel unconditionally. Hogwash!
I have loved and supported Israel my whole life. Israel is on my mind day and night. I don’t want bad things to happen to them, just like I don’t want bad things to happen to myself or my family and friends. But that is not life, especially when we’re dealing with a holy and righteous God. He has already decided what will come to pass. I look forward to the end times, not because of what will happen to the world (Jew and Gentile alike) during the time of the Tribulation (this pains me very much), but afterwards when Jesus is ruling on His throne from Jerusalem and the people of Israel are finally at peace.
I believe that there is only one way of salvation - through Jesus Christ. I believe Christians should share the Good News in love with all people, to the Jew first and also to the Gentiles. If they refuse to accept, you still love them anyway. THAT is unconditional love.
“For those who hate your God hate our God too”? He is same God, Stan! When we Christians drop the Greek-inspired Trinity, more Jews will accept our Lord Jesus, their Messiah. We will then be one in serving “the one True God.”

Israel. It is true. Your God is our God. We love you because your God loves you and He will ever keep you. We too, (Christians) will walk with you through whatever suffering He assigns to us; we will weep with you and for you; we will continue to ever pray for Israel and her peace; Yes, there is horrors coming to the world…but remember the scriptures above, because the Lord God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob will never forsake you; you are sheltered under His wings.
I remind our people weekly to remember our brethren, Israel and to pray for the peace of Jerusalem because when we pray for her peace, we pray the verse…”..the nations of this world have become the nations of our God. He prevails!
God bless you, Israel. We do love you.
Greetings in Messiah Y’shua! Stan, I’m not clear about what you’re saying here. I’m wondering if you are pre-, mid-,or post-tribulation in your eschatology? Blessings to you, brother… the L-rd bless you and keep you…
Dan
Amen!
I mean Amen to Stan’s post. Yes, Stan, eye to eye!
Isaiah: “Wail, for the day of the LORD is near; it will come like destruction from the Almighty. Because of this, all hands will go limp, every man’s heart will melt. Terror will seize them, pain and anguish will grip them; they will writhe like a woman in labor. They will look aghast at each other, their faces aflame. See, the day of the LORD is coming –a cruel day, with wrath and fierce anger– to make the land desolate and destroy the sinners within it.†(13:6-9)
“Isaiah cries out concerning Israel: ‘Though the number of the Israelites be like the sand by the sea, only the remnant will be saved. For the Lord will carry out his sentence on earth with speed and finality.’
I will pour out on the house of David and on the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the Spirit of grace and of supplication, so that they will look on Me whom they have pierced; and they will mourn for Him, as one mourns for an only son, and they will weep bitterly over Him like the bitter weeping over a firstborn.†Zechariah 12:10
God’s deep desire is towards His people Israel and how beautifully you have presented this great love, Stan. The reason you could do this, is because you have willingly become a vessel through which the Father is pouring forth His love upon His ancient people - a people whom He has never forgotten, a people whom He has always loved - and loves passionately, even today. What you have shared resonates deep within my own heart.
How could anyone call what you have said, watered down, or a half truth? How could anyone miss the volumes spoken in your words?…
“And He is going to do more, far more. For once He has restored you to your land as a nation, He has promised to restore you, as a nation, to Himself!†Yes! The Mighty God of Israel covets the hearts of His Beloved, so much so, that He has promised, and even now is going to great lengths, to bring them back to Himself. Not to whip them into unwilling submission before a gentilized Christ of a weakened and backslidden Christianity! No! But rather, to bring them to their knees in allegiance before their Jewish Messiah, Yeshua; to bring them to their knees in allegiance before the Mighty Lion of the Tribe of Judah! (He is the One I choose to bow my knee to!) And He comes to them, not with the sceptre of judgement in His hand, but with an outstretched hand and a heart full of love and compassion. For the set time to favour Zion has come, and who can stand against it!? No one! Not all the kings of the world, with all their hate and puny power combined, can stand against the great love and purposes of God for His People Israel! Amen! Praise, be to the Lord God of Israel! My prayers are with you Stan.
Stan,and Friends…
I have read the post, and agree with the restoration passages, but please consider Matthew 24:5-9..Then they shall deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you…13 But he tha shall endure to the end…v15 the Abomination of desolation….flee into the mountains…v22 :but for the elect’s sake those days shall be shortened. these verses I made reference to when read in there entirety show a somber scene for Israel. Read Revelation 12 (Israel’s number) 1-6 the woman Israel is fed in the wilderness after fleeing …matt 24:15,16… only those who run will live…. any comments on these verses? I Dont watch the Return out of some sense of “Blood lust” that is just sick.
Yet the focus of the Whole O.T. is the blessings at the comming of Messiah: The ministry of John is to administer the Baptisim of repentance …to manifest their NEED of redemption from their sins, ie their need to repent. If he was the Lamb of GOD then ,,,so He Is Now…The WORLD needs His atonement if we meet his conditions a RepentaNT heart ,and faith in Yeshua Ha Masiach Jesus the Messiah
I believe the restoration will take place after All of Daniel’s 70th week is come to pass. The anti christ wont be serving tea and cookies…I write to warn. It would be Better to get saved now and be wrong about the rapture, than to delay a decision and be right about nothing.
STAN I BELIEVE LIKE YOU THAT THE TIME IS VERY NEAR WHEN OUR LORD WILL COME. WHEN HE DOES COME EVERY KNEE WILL BOW TO HIM AND EVERY EYE SHALL SEE HIM IN ALL HIS GLORY. WHEN ALL OTHER NATIONS SHALL SEE THE GOD OF ISRAEL SITING UPON HIS THRONE, AND THOSE THAT HAVE REJECTED HIM WILL CRY OUT FOR THE ROCKS TO FALL UPON THEM, BUT THEY CAN NOT HIDE FROM OUR GOD (ISRAEL’S GOD IS OUR GOD TOO). I MAY NOT SEE ISRAEL WITH MY OWN EYES UNTIL MY LORD SHALL TRANSPORT ME THERE, BUT I WILL ONE DAY SEE ISRAEL. GOD BLESS ISRAEL, AND PLEASE LORD CONTINUE TO BLESS AMERICA IF IT BE YOUR PRECIOUS WILL.
Stan, I want to stand with you in all that you have said. I believe that the commitment of Ruth to Naomi is the commitment that Christians should have to the Jewsih people and Israel . It is our responsibility to pray, support, encourage and bless them ( as according to Romans 15v27).
We Gentile Christians stood under the judgement of G-d before Yeshua came and and through His grace brought salvation to all who believe. I believe that that same grace G-d will pour out on His own beloved Jewish people as He woos them back to Himself and they repent and trun to Him. Yeshua Himself said that ” salvation is of the Jews” John 4 v22.
I am very excited that I will once again be in Jerusalem in March and look forward to meeting many of my Jewish friends. I honor them and pray for them that G-d will reveal Himself to them in even greater ways in the days ahead.
I want to publicly state as Ruth did that ‘your people shall be my people and Your G-d, my G-d.
Shalom and thank you Stan for this clear and unequivocable declaration of G-ds purposes for His people, not based on sentiment alone but on the Word of G-d.-Dorothy
I partually agree with your post Stan and definatley agree with your focus of serving the Jewish people and Standing by them to the end! I once followed the popular Pretrib theory until I seriously studied the Bible instead of all the books I read telling me what the bible said. To Start in the Gospels when it talks about Jesus’s return It says all the nations will see Him coming and cry out for the rocks to Hide them. When it reffers to His coming being like the Lightning Coming form the east and moving to the west, It is reffering again to the fact that everyone sees it because it fills the whole sky, not that He Appears and Vanishs with His followers while the rest of the world tries to figure out what happened. It talks about the rapture happening at the Shout of the Arch Angel, and the sounding of the LAST trump. This happens in Revelation Chapter 10 verse 1-3 The Arch Angel Shouts ” And I saw another mighty Angel come down from heaven, clothed with a cloud: and a rainbow was upon His head, and His face was as it were the sun, and His feet as pillars of fire: and He had in His hand a little book open: and as He set His right foot upon the sea, and His left foot on the earth. And He cried with a loud voice as when a lion roareth: and when He cried, seven thunders uttered their voices.” Notice This has to be an Arch Angel and He shouted but hasn’t Blown the Last trump Yet. He doesn’t blow the Trump until Chapter 11 verse 15. You can also follow the progression by the phrase the 2nd woe is past behold the third woe comes quickly in Chapter 11 verse 14 reffering back to Chapter 8 verse 13 when it warns of the 3 woes because of the three trumpets which are about to blow. Notice the progression stops after chapter 10 verse 7 to give more detail as to what is happening during the Second woe. which it signifies comes to an end in Chapter 11 verse 14 by the phrase the 2nd woe is past behold the third woe comes quickly . During this time it speaks of the two witness prophets which cause draught, and all around havock on the earth and the antichrists plan for the perfect world. So much so the whole world hates them and when the antichrist finnaly kills them it’s christmas around the world. untol they get back up and float up into heaven. and the world wets them selves!!! It also tells us in Chapter 10 verse 6-7 that when the Angel begins to sound His trumpet in Chapter 11 verse 15 that the mystery of God is finished. Time is up!!!!!!!! Which is why Chapter 11 verses 16-19 describe the thank you GOD it’s finally over the nations were angry but now Your taking over and the time of Your wrath is come! The dead shall be judged and the saints will be rewarded according to their works. You will destroy them that destroy the earth! The rature occurs as discribed in the Gospels not in secret but in plain view of the whole world when they see Him coming in the clouds with Power and Great glory. We (those who are still alive and remain) will meet Him in the air to take possesion of the earth with Him. and feast upon the flesh of Captains and Mighty Men great and small at the marriage supper of the Lamb (Armagedon). Jew and Christian will look upon Him whom WE have pierced! I don’t feel a need to Focus on convincing Jews who don’t believe He is the Messiah that He is! I Feel a need to convince them of the principles He came to remind them and clarify that He and His Father had tried to teach them thru the prophets! Jesus isn’t Shallow He isn’t conserned about personal recognition. He is the Judge that will determine who is fit to enter into His Fathers Kingdom! He will make that determination based on Who fulfills the spirit of the law, NOT THE LETTER OF OUR NEW CHRISTIAN LAWS! Just as we became Abraham’s seed by fulfilling the principles taught in the law. They are Jesus’s seed by fulfilling the principles He delivered from His Father! As we are reminded Jesus doesn’t consider all thows who claim to be His seed His, but those who do His Father’s will. and as we are told in Judgement will begin in the Houshold of GOD. As He has always done God requires more to whom more has been given. The US isn’t the most corrupt nation on earth by any means but it has been given the most! Have we given the master of our Vinyard His share of the produce! No we keep kicking Him out of every part of our culture. The church has become impotent in the US. We have failed to restrain the corrution in our culture so we have lost our saltyness. We are about to be trodden under foot! God will soon make an example of the US. Israel will be forced to cry out to GOD because we will not be able to help ourselves! Not because we are the most wicked but because we have failed to fulfil our mission. Instead of being a light to the world we are corrupting it! Look at Israel, our culture is largely responsible for the Lack of faith in God at all in Israel, from evolution, to abortion, Porno, Political correctness. The luke warm atmosphere of America has been reproduced in ISrael. They are better off with out us! God will make an example of them for Israel’s sake! The desperation of being in the world with no else to help them will bring them to their knees to call out to the only hope they have left the God of their past! As Stan mentioned the bible doesn’t make it clear as to the extent of suffering the Jews will face, nor does it say how many Believers will survive until Jesus’s return. But one thing is for sure we will go thru it together! The world will hate anyone they see as a religious extremist, and anyone who won’t take the new implant chip that
will become necessary because of terroism. The Jihad we see today is going to start a chain reaction that will kill 2/3 of the worlds population before the dust settles! Then anyone willing to die for His beliefs will become a threat to world security, and world peace. Make no mistake the world will sell it’s soul for any a promise of a return of the good old days. The antichrist will promise the world (must be a democrat) but it won’t work out for Him either so He will blame who! Religious fanatics! Jews and Christians who won’t participate in His new world order. So He will finish off a wounded US (Babalon the great whore). then Go after Israel. But that will not be a good Idea! How many will die in Israel. I don’t know but I am planning on being there if possible at the end. We do know this surving physically isn’t the issue. It is making thru this world with your soul intact. Wholely conformed into a carbon Copy of God’s. Stan I hope to see you in Israel if I have my way sooner rather than later! God Bless!
Dear Stan,
The L-d bless your attempts to dialog about the future. There are many things we do not understand and we may be surprised when G-d Almighty fulfills his promises in a way which is different from our manmade plans. His promises are sure and will be fulfilled in His time and His way. We need to be ready, watching waiting and looking forward to His fulfilment of every promise He has made.
Shalom in the name of the coming Massiah, Tom
Amen Stan. I too agree wholeheartedly with your post. Not in man made lies and deception, but what the Bible says. Your posts are truly inspired by the real G-d of Israel and its Jewish Messiah. Stay strong against the Christian persecution that will no doubt come against you, and keep up the good work.
No need for repentance = No need for redemption
No need for a redemption = No need for savior and king
No need for savior and king = No need for re-gathered people
No need for re-gathered people = No need for the promise to Abraham
No need for the promise to Abraham = No need YHWH to be involved in Israel
If the above is true, and if there is no need for repentance, then:
Live like you want…sin in any manner…disobey in all things…it doesn’t matter anyway.
It does not matter what I say. I am lower than a worm, not worthy of any man or woman’s consideration on my own accord. What does matter is the Word of YHWH…the WHOLE WORD OF YHWH.
If you think man is “not to judgeâ€, then throw away your Bible, because it is useless. All of the prophets judged…they judged righteously by the words that YHWH spoke through them. I am not a prophet, nor the son of a prophet. I am a follower of YHWH, the one true God. I believe in the redemption provided through Yeshua (Jesus), who was sent from YHWH to be the Passover Lamb and who will be the returning Warrior who will destroy all other “trees†and re-plant the Olive Tree before YHWH. This Olive Tree is the true nation of Israel, made up of Abraham’s descendants who are circumcised in heart for YHWH, and any “strangers†who are circumcised in heart for YHWH.
Who is a Jew? See Romans 2:
28For he is not a Jew, which is one outwardly; neither is that circumcision, which is outward in the flesh: 29But he is a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God.
The doctrine of circumcision of the heart is not something that came to be with “Christianityâ€. See Deuteronomy 10:
12And now, Israel, what doth the LORD thy God require of thee, but to fear the LORD thy God, to walk in all his ways, and to love him, and to serve the LORD thy God with all thy heart and with all thy soul, 13To keep the commandments of the LORD, and his statutes, which I command thee this day for thy good? 14Behold, the heaven and the heaven of heavens is the LORD’S thy God, the earth also, with all that therein is. 15Only the LORD had a delight in thy fathers to love them, and he chose their seed after them, even you above all people, as it is this day. 16Circumcise therefore the foreskin of your heart, and be no more stiffnecked. 17For the LORD your God is God of gods, and Lord of lords, a great God, a mighty, and a terrible, which regardeth not persons, nor taketh reward: 18He doth execute the judgment of the fatherless and widow, and loveth the stranger, in giving him food and raiment. 19Love ye therefore the stranger: for ye were strangers in the land of Egypt. 20Thou shalt fear the LORD thy God; him shalt thou serve, and to him shalt thou cleave, and swear by his name. 21He is thy praise, and he is thy God, that hath done for thee these great and terrible things, which thine eyes have seen.
So, we see from this passage that YHWH requires His people to OBEY Him. See also Jeremiah 7:
22For I spake not unto your fathers, nor commanded them in the day that I brought them out of the land of Egypt, concerning burnt offerings or sacrifices: 23But this thing commanded I them, saying, Obey my voice, and I will be your God, and ye shall be my people: and walk ye in all the ways that I have commanded you, that it may be well unto you. 24But they hearkened not, nor inclined their ear, but walked in the counsels and in the imagination of their evil heart, and went backward, and not forward. 25Since the day that your fathers came forth out of the land of Egypt unto this day I have even sent unto you all my servants the prophets, daily rising up early and sending them: 26Yet they hearkened not unto me, nor inclined their ear, but hardened their neck: they did worse than their fathers. 27Therefore thou shalt speak all these words unto them; but they will not hearken to thee: thou shalt also call unto them; but they will not answer thee. 28But thou shalt say unto them, This is a nation that obeyeth not the voice of the LORD their God, nor receiveth correction: truth is perished, and is cut off from their mouth.
Conclusion: Obey YHWH’s voice to be counted among His people. Disobey YHWH’s voice and meet His wrath. Only circumcised hearts will stand before Him in that Last Day. All evil hearts will be destroyed. It does not matter whether that heart resides within a physical descendent of Abraham or not. Every branch of YHWH’s Olive Tree (the true Nation of Israel) must abide in Him (see Yeshua’s/Jesus’ words in John 15:1-6). There are blessings and cursings; life and death. Repent and live; rebel and die. Choose you this day whom you will serve…as for me and my house, we will serve YHWH.
Eric Wilson
Amen Brother ….you just keep shouting the good news from the roof tops.
As for the naysayers….shame on you….need I remind you of Ezekials dry bones?
Also….there is this little tidbit as well.
Zec 12:6
In that day I will make the families of Judah like a pot with fire in it among trees, and like a flaming stick among cut grain; they will send destruction on all the peoples round about, on the right hand and on the left: and Jerusalem will be living again in the place which is hers, that is, in Jerusalem.
Zec 12:7
And the Lord will give salvation to the tents of Judah first….. so that the glory of the family of David….. and the glory of the people of Jerusalem….. may not be greater than that of Judah.
Zec 12:8
In that day the Lord will be a cover over the people of Jerusalem; and he who is feeble among them in that day will be as strong as David, and the family of David will be as God, as the angel of the Lord before them.
Zec 12:9
And it will come about on that day that I will take in hand the destruction of all the nations who come against Jerusalem.
Zec 12:10
And I will send down on the family of David and on the people of Jerusalem the spirit of grace and of prayer; and their eyes will be turned to the one who was wounded by their hands: and they will be weeping for him as for an only son, and their grief for him will be bitter, like the grief of one sorrowing for his oldest son.
The God we claim to know and serve is the God of Reality.
He ONLY deals in the realm of truth .
If you are not walking in His truth ,you are walking in darkness and confusion.
God is not the God of confusion .
America is not Israel’s friend and ally ,but it’s greatest threat and enemy.
How’s that for the truth which the majority choose to ignore and flee from ?
So many make excuses in saying we do not know His will and so must remain ignorant of what is going on around us at this time.
That is a lie and there is no truth in this flawed mindset.
God reveals His secrets to His servants as we see from the beginning, Enoch to John and God is not a respecter of persons.
Seek and you shall find is what the Creator calls out to His creation.
The truth is ,too few truly seek, they’re more interested in fiction because the truth has a price they are not
willing to pay.
Religion is the number one substitute for these lukewarm half hearted seekers and why Islam,Hinduism,Catholicism
Protestantism ,Athiesm are so popular, they’re all so easy and require no interface with a Holy God, just man made
steps which lead to hell.
Those who fly blind do so because they are too lazy to seek God and get understanding from Him.
They choose to lean on the hired shepherds, false prophets ,and greedy teachers for their confused understanding.
Many choose not to grow and learn settling for their shallow and weak faith that conforms to their unholy walk.
A nation which sends $86.4 million dollars in weapons and training of terrorists to the enemies of God intent on destroying Israel under the lie of peace does not have a god or positive immediate future ,especially a perverted nation which arrogantly assumes to divide up the land God has alloted to His people Israel.
How can so many Christians be so blind as to ignore reality and the truth and live in a lie ,a delusion ?
They don’t really love the truth and so they are decieved
We are not the judge but you can be sure that if God judged His people Israel for their evil and removed them from
the land and sent the sword ,famine and plague to them, then He will surely judge a decadent, perverted, wicked people who use the cry of freedom to rebell against their Creator and pollute not only America but the whole earth with their consumer god of mamon and lawlesness.
.
God did not make an EVERLASTING covenant with America but with Israel He did.
Those who talk about death and suffering for Israel I ask ; Why do you ignore the fate that awaits a superpower nation which has rejected God ?
is it because you assume your Idol is invincable and free of judgment ?
The saltless church in America no longer walks in the truth, choosing delusion instead.
God will soon shake this nation and church so that nothing remains except what He has planted .
Many arein for the terror which Israel faced when she turned away from God.
Read the prophets and understand what comes upon Ameirca and stop listening to the wolves who prophesy only lies.
Everything ,everyone which exalts itself will be brought down.
There will not be one proud Christian or church remaining which is not broken and in sorrow and repentant for the
evil and wickedness and rebellion which America has fallen into.
Those who go on as usual and ‘have a good time in this evil day’ are walking on quicksand.
You are walking in blindness and not in the truth of God as the majority of Israel did in Jeremiah’s day.
God’s way’s always follows the same pattern and never change.
Israel your hope is in your God and not America, she will not be here much longer.
That’s the truth ,the reality which you will soon face ISRAEL
Blessings, Stan!!
Amen and amen! The passion and anointing of the Word is plainly evident for those with an ear to hear. I am rejoicing for this Word which has gone forth. Praises and Blessings to His Holy Name. Thank you, thank you!

Shalom Stan,
My heart burned within me as I read your post of what you believe . God will indeed save Israel .This we all agree on. I do agree with Eric on one point. Those found in unrepentent willfull sin , jew or gentile, when the Lord appears will perish in their sin. Gal. 6:7&8 says Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting. This verse applies to both jew and gentile. As I have said in many of my past posts it is a Spirit or “heart issue”. God looks on the heart. He knows who are His and who are not, jew or gentile. Now with that said I also know that it is God’s will that none perish, jew or gentile , but that all should come to repentance. God will save Israel. How God will do it and how many He will save only God knows. With respect to Zechariah’s 2/3rds prophesy in Chapter 13 verses 8-9, it can not be ignored. When I think of the incredible apostasy and hypocrisy in the American church, combined with the truth that the majority of Americans are lost outright , I would venture to guess that we will be lucky to get 1 in 100,000 into the pearly gates… if that!!! I don’t reckon that 1 in 3 sounds that bad considering. When Paul said all Israel shall be saved, I believe he was referiing to all of the tribes of Israel, meaning some of every of the 12 tribes. This of couse is happening before our very eyes as lost tribes such as the Ethiopian Jews and Benei Manashe return to the land. It is my belief that those righteous Israelies like the Benei Manashe, Gershon Salomon , and all those who are now and will be at His coming, obedient to the Law , and are looking for the coming of the Messiah ben David are the ones who will look on him who they have pierced and fall down and worship him. These I believe will be saved. Those not looking for Him , jew or gentile, I beleive will perish. I can not believe that any, jew or gentile who is unrepentently engaged in willfull sin can be saved at the Lords coming. But with God all things are possible so this is just my belief and if God saves every Israeli at His coming, I rejoice. My belief makes perfect sense to me because truly righteous Jews and truly righteous Christians mainly disagree on one key issue… Will it be Messiah’s first or second coming? Our love for Him, our reverence for His word, and our obedience thereto remain the same. In my conversations with Gershon and other righteous Jews I percieve a righteosness and longing for the Messiah that can not be ignored by our righteous God. One thing is for sure God will do the right thing , He can not do otherwise. It is written in Jeremiah 29:13 And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart. All those seeking with all their heart ,jew or gentile shall be saved. Yes a heart issue indeed.
Shalom, Jeremy
Thank you Stan,
I look for the day when all evil is gone. I feel compelled to state a somewhat different view of what’s happening today. A letter I wrote.
Woe to the land of Israel and the land of Judah for your King has yet to return!
It is true GOD will gather His people and bring them back to the land He has promised for an eternal heritage. But you people are rushing His hand, you are rushing His promises!
Ezekiel37.15-28, the prophesy of the two sticks. One for Judah and the children of Israel his companions. One for Joseph, the stick of Ephrain, and for all the house of Israel his companions. So who is Judah today and who is Israel? Has this prophecy been fulfilled?
At the time Jesus walked the earth the kingdom of Judah thrived under the yoke of the Romans. Rightly so the apostles asked Him before He ascended into heaven, “Lord, will you at this time restore the kingdom of Israel?” For over 300 years they had been waiting for the prophecy of the two sticks to be fulfilled. But not yet. Jesus had said, “I have not come to judge the world but to save the world” John 12.47. But the hour of judgement will come.Rev.14.7, and “When the Son of Man will come in His glory and all the angels with Him, then will He sit on the throne of His glory.” Matt. 25.31. Then the words of Zephaniah will ring true. chap.3.15 “The Lord has taken away your judgements, He has cast out your enemy. The King of Israel, the Lord, is in your midst; you shall see disaster no more.” and vr.19 “Behold at that time I will deal with all who afflict you; I will save the lame and gather those who were driven out. I will anoint them with praise and fame in every land where they put to shame. At that time I will bring you back.
The covenant of the land was given to Joseph not Judah. (Gen.17.2-11; 26.3-5; 35.10-12; 48.5-6;1Chron.5.1-2) Leave what was the land of Samaria in Jesus’s time. Please don’t call back the people in other countries to settle the land, not yet. Why should you die in vain? Don’t you want to see the return of your King? You shall see the greatest battle fought there in Jerusalem and only when Jesus Christ returns with His angels will you see that battle won and the land restored. Yet, how sad it is that people don’t listen, for Jesus spoke,Matt.24.22 “and unless those days be shortend no flesh would be saved.” and so shall it be.
My prayers to you all. Betty Jo
I would like to address the division among Christians that see the church as a replacement for Israel. Please read the book of Romans. It answers the replacement theology question directly. Paul warns Christians about becoming proud and thinking they are something that they are not. We Christians are grafted into the tree of Israel. Essentially, Paul is saying that Christians become part of God’s chosen people by our faith in Jesus Christ.
Now, God counted Abraham as being righteous because of “faith”. He believed God. Its that simple. Abraham didn’t become the friend of God by following the Law of Moses, but by believing that God was who He said He was and would do what He said He would do.
So to clarify, its not the Law of Moses that will save Israel, but it is believing God. If you look at Zechariah’s prophecy, you will see that they will grasp who its is coming to deliver them. They will believe God. They will see the Lion of Judah coming to their rescue at the Last Battle. Even before this, the nation of Israel will have their hearts turned toward God by the salvation He brings them from the armies mentioned in Ezekiel 38-39.
So, let me say that I believe Jesus when He says that He is the only Way to the Father. But, we must consider the thief on the cross beside Jesus. The thief had no opportunity to live a repentant life. He had not been a steadfast believer or one of Jesus’ disciples. Yet, at the moment before his death, the thief believed God and was saved. (See the parable of the workers in the field) Does it matter that Israel does not yet see her Messiah? She is destined to see Him coming to her rescue. Just because I did not know my Messiah until I was 33 years old does not mean that I was not His from my birth. God has made promises that He WILL keep. God is not a man that He should lie. So, knowing that the church can in no way replace Israel ( we are but a branch) and knowing that God made very clear promises to Israel, it is very clear that His people will see their Deliverer coming and love Him.
Let us Christians be humble and glory in God. Let us recognize who His people are and be glad that He has chosen to number us among them. Let us pursue love for our brethern. Let us drop the fairy-tales of men and cling to His Word. Prove all things that any man tells you by the Word of God.
I just want to voice my agreement with the post made by Dr. David Reagan above and say that I am praying for the peace of Jerusalem.
I appreciate your love for Israel and certainly agree that God has done a remarkable miracle in bringing the Jews back to their ancient homeland. The Scriptures you quote that speak of God’s tender love for Israel and His ultimate desire to bless them cannot be denied (and who would want to?)
Your problem is that you slam the dispensational view without any serious discussion of the issues or Scriptures involved. This view did not appear out of thin air. There are strong reasons why dispensationalists believe there will be a “time of Jacob’s trouble” in the Last Days. Until you can at least address those issues, it is hard to consider your position credible.
Until Israel turns to their Messiah, Jesus, they will always be in a dangerous place, spiritually and naturally.
Shalom Jamie
I agree with you. I am not saying that obedience to the law of Moses will get anyone into heaven, jew or gentile. Nothing in my hand I bring ,simply to the cross I cling.
I am saying that repentance should be deemed required as well. Is simple belief all that is required?. Nebuchadnezzar believed in God but kept right on in pridefull sin after Daniels 3 friends came out of the furnace. His repentance was not from the heart as evidenced by his works. James 2:17-19 says Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone. Yea, a man may say, Thou hast faith, and I have works: shew me thy faith without thy works, and I will shew thee my faith by my works. Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble. Works here equals obedience. Abraham believed God and the evidence he believed God was in his obedience to God. Yes the thief on the cross believed but he repented as well as a result of his belief. He was truly sorry from his heart and Jesus knew it before the thief spoke . There are many more that repent on their death bed, even today. So yes I believe that many jews will believe , repent and be saved on that day. It is written that they will in Zechariah 12:10… And I will pour upon the house of David, and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the spirit of grace and of supplications: and they shall look upon me whom they have pierced, and they shall mourn for him,(sounds like repentence to me) Then in 13:1 In that day there shall be a fountain opened to the house of David and to the inhabitants of Jerusalem for sin and for uncleanness.(saved by the blood! Halleluia!) We know that all have to believe to be saved, but more was required in Solomon’s day . In 2 Chronicles 7:14 God says IF….If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land. Then in verse 19&20 God says IF again …. But if ye turn away, and forsake my statutes and my commandments, which I have set before you, and shall go and serve other gods, and worship them; Then will I pluck them up by the roots out of my land which I have given them; and this house, which I have sanctified for my name, will I cast out of my sight, and will make it to be a proverb and a byword among all nations. So why would we think that God’s condition of humbleness and repentance will be any different on the last day, then as it was in Solomon’s? Makes no sense to me. Also we must always remember these words of our Lord concerning the Law. …Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil. For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled. Matthew 5:17-18
God bless you for your love for Him and His people Israel. Indeed I am glad that we gentiles have been allowed to be grafted in to the natural vine. I am not worthy, but I do believe all God’s promises and I try to obey to the best of my ability. May the sure mercies of David be upon us all as we wait and watch.
Shalom Jeremy.
To all:
Yochanan 3:1) Now there was a man of the Perushim named Nakdimon (Nicodemus), a ruler of the Yehudim. :2) The same came to Him (Yeshua) by night, and said to him, “Rabbi, we know that you are a teacher come from God, for no one can do these signs that you do, unless God is with him.” :3) Yeshua answered him, “Most assuredly, I tell you, unless one is born anew, he can’t see the Kingdom of God.” :4) Nakdimon said to him, “How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter a second time into his mother’s womb, and be born?” :5) Yeshua answered, “Most assuredly I tell you, unless one is born of water and spirit, he can’t enter into the Kingdom of God! :6) That which is born of the flesh is flesh. That which is born of the Spirit is spirit. :7) Don’t marvel that I said to you, ‘You must be born anew.’ :8) The wind blows where it wants to, and you hear its sound, but don’t know where it comes from and where it is going. So is everyone who is born of the Spirit.”
Yochanan 3:9) Nakdimon answered him, “How can these things be?” :10) Yeshua answered him, “Are you the teacher of Yisra’el, and don’t understand these things? :11) Most assuredly I tell you, we speak that which we know, and testify of that which we have seen, and you don’t receive our witness. :12) If I told you earthly things and you don’t believe, how will you believe if I tell you heavenly things? :13 ) No one has ascended into heaven, but he who descended out of heaven, the Son of Man, who is in heaven. :14) As Moshe lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of Man be lifted up, :15) that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life.
Yochanan 3:16) For God so loved the world, that He gave his one and only Son (the Holy One of Israel-Isaiah 10:20;49:7:Luke 4:18: 4:34), that whoever believes in Him should not perish, but have eternal life. :17) For God didn’t send his Son into the world to judge the world, but that the world should be saved through Him. :18 ) He who believes in Him is not judged. He who doesn’t believe has been judged already, because he has not believed in the name of the only born Son of God. :19) This is the judgment, that the light has come into the world, and men loved the darkness rather than the light; for their works were evil. :20) For everyone who does evil hates the light, and doesn’t come to the light, lest his works would be exposed. :21) But he who does the truth comes to the light, that his works may be revealed, that they have been done in God.”
Yochanan 3:22) After these things, Yeshua came with his talmidim into the land of Yehudah. He stayed there with them, and immersed. :23) Yochanan also was immersing in Einayim near Shalem, because there was much water there. They came, and were immersed. :24) For Yochanan was not yet thrown into prison. :25 ) There arose therefore a questioning on the part of Yochanan’s talmidim with some Yehudim about purification. :26) They came to Yochanan, and said to him, “Rabbi, he who was with you beyond the Yarden, to whom you have testified, behold, the same immerses, and everyone is coming to him.” 3:27) Yochanan answered, “A man can receive nothing, unless it has been given him from heaven.
Yochanan 3:28) You yourselves testify that I said, ‘I am not the Messiah,’ but, ‘I have been sent before him (in the spirit and power of Elijah).’ :29) He who has the bride is the bridegroom; but the friend of the bridegroom, who stands and hears him, rejoices greatly because of the bridegroom’s voice. This, my joy, therefore is made full. :30) He must increase, but I must decrease. :31) He who comes from above is above all. He who is from the Eretz belongs to the Eretz, and speaks of the Eretz. He who comes from heaven is above all.
Yochanan 3:32) What he has seen and heard, of that he testifies; and no one receives his witness. :33) He who has received his witness has set his seal to this, that God is true. :34) For he whom God has sent speaks the words of God; for God gives the Spirit without measure. :35) The Father loves the Son, and has given all things into his hand. :36) One who believes in the Son has eternal life, but one who disobeys the Son won’t see life, but the wrath of God remains on him.”
Jeremy.
I believe that Israel will turn to God (turn and repent of their ways) after God delivers them from the war of Ezekiel 38-39. I think that Israel will experience a spiritual renewal and many may come to see the Messiah.
But, we must understand that there is no longer a “sin” problem. Let me explain before you burn me at the stake…j/k, lol. Jesus destroyed the sin problem. Men can be free from the grip of sin when they rely on Jesus to be their righteousness and not their own performance. Now as believers we wish to follow God’s way of love (as you said, to the best of our ability), but we realize that we can never be good enough. This is what Paul wrote about. He said that the Jews had a zeal for God, but without knowledge. This knowledge that Paul spoke about is the knowledge that right standing with God can only be achieved through the Blood of Jesus. The Law is good and Holy and Just. The Law brought to man the knowledge of sin, but Jesus conquered sin’s hold on man.
Let’s return to the thief on the cross beside Jesus (Luke 23 for reference). He looked to and depended on Jesus to bring him into right standing with God. The thief didn’t live a repentant life or sanctify himself by depending on Jesus throughout his life. However, the thief believed that Jesus was who He claimed to be as shown by him asking Jesus to remember him when Jesus came into His kingdom. So, the thief recognized that he himself was sinful and that Jesus was not and that Jesus was the Messiah. Now, I know of no other people on the face of the earth more aware of their own sinfulness than the Jews. They are also aware that God will forgive sin. They are currently blinded as to how God accomplishes that forgiveness. Yet, when they see him returning they will have the last part of the puzzle. Knowledge of the Messiah will flood them and they will be saved.
How can I be so confident of this?…well all the scriptures that many have listed out here show it. The Old Testament prophets, the Gospels, and the writings of Paul all bear out the same result. God loves His people Israel and has always loved them. Even while they were punished, I see the sorrow of God at having to do this in the writings of Jeremiah. But I also see God’s good intentions toward them and their ultimate redemption being fortold in the writings of Ezekiel and Isaiah.
My Jewish brethern, just because I disagree with you now about who the Messiah is or about how God forgives sin, please do not think ill of me. I bear nothing but love for you because your God is my God and I consider you my brethern. I love the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. I have grown up reading about the Patriarchs and David and the Prophets. You are more close to me than my own countrymen. I would never condemn you because you do not see Jesus as Messiah. I know that one day you will see the Messiah coming and recognize Him. You do not have to agree with me for me to love you. I love you because God dwells within me and He loves you.
Hey Stan
As i sit and read & reread all the post’s made from this peaceful story filled with hope and love. All with good intention to come in peace to tell all is well live like you want and when we all get to Heaven ??? Well as much as i love Jew and Gentile alike just as much as i love my children & Grandchildren. I will not sugar coat the word of God them are all great verses and the love of God is for all mankind their is a problem with self will. And unless we confess that Jesus Christ is the Lord of Lord’s And King of King’s. If any will Look John 3-3 & 3-5 Jesus didn’t say unless you become christan’s you can not enter into the kindgom of Heaven Jesus said unless you are born again you can not see the Kindgom of Heaven. Wether Jew or Gentile doesn’t matter….. Our Father who art in Heaven that mean’s every one of us Jew or Gentile alike must be Born Again or we can NOT enter the Kindgom of Heaven…… Our Heavenly Father came as aJewish Baby & died as a Jewish Man we can not take one verse over another and say that’s for us
All scripture is God Breathed the so in my heart he also was Jewish when the Holy Spirit Speak’s to us he also bring’s us back to the Holy Scripture’s which were written by Jewish Prophet’s & Jewish Deciple’s Of Jesus Christ The Lamb Of God. And no matter what any one say’s we as Gentile’s are very blessed to have had a Jewish Lord Jesus who made a way for us as Gentile’s to be Grafted into the Jewish Family of God through Jesus His Son. Maybe some don’t like the idea of Jesus as Lord and the judgement’s to come doesn’t matter we all have God’s word on it & that is not going to change. When Jesus came the first time he came as the Lamb Of God as a sacrfice for our sin’s but we must accept his gift of pardon wether Jew or Gentile. Job 22: 21-23 God Say’s- is it any different when His Son Jesus Christ speak’s. Psalm 37 speak’s of the Lord’s Judgement of evil man & his reward’s to us if we commit our Live’s to him alone. Psalm 91 where does our refudge and strenth come from only in him. Proverb’s 30-5 Every word of God is flawless which one everyone we can’t just take the one’s that fit what we want it to say God Say’s {Every} Daniel 12 He is speaking of the end of time’s, Ezekiel 38-39 end of time’s than Fast foward to Matthew24 Sign’s of the end of the age False Prophet’s will abound they all have the perfect plan Iran’s leader it’s all the Jew’s falt come on people Jesus say’s in his word that this is all going to happen at the time of the end satan know’s his time is short and he want’s to take as many as will believe the lie to Hell with him……
He has no choice we All do Mark 13 Jesus tell’s us what to watch for, Luke 14:27 tell’s us what we must do to be a fallower of Jesus Christ, 1 Peter1: 24-25 what are men than what is the word of the Lord 2 Peter 3 what does it say about the Day Of Our Lord. 1 John 5;1: 8-12 FAITH IN THE Son Of God we all have the word of God to go to when we have a Question or are trying to find what his word say’s for us ALL Jew & Gentile alike. If we truly Love God we are not any better than anyone else if we are gentile and claim Jesus as our Saviour we are grafted in to the Olive Tree which is Israel and it say’s all Israel will be saved it does not say all Jew’s & gentile’s will be saved. The Bible Say’s we must be Born Again or we cannot enter the Kindgom of Heaven, It say’s we must believe on the Son to have Eternal Life, It say’s He who hath not the Son doth not have Life. What part is their not to believe can we take one verse and not the next can we add or subtract to make it fit what we want it to say { God Say’s NO} I for one will stand on every word & Brother’s and Sister’s in Christ when he said the next time he is coming as The Lion Of The Tribe Of Judah we had better believe it is not going to be a good day for all UNBELIEVER’S He say’s the blood will run as deep as a horse’s bridle and friend’s i believe what His Word say’s. Jew & Gentile Alike only the house of Isarel or a Remment will be saved or if you believe in the Bible{ He Who Has The Son Hath LIFE} I think i watch the same church show’s as the rest of you all i see pastor’s from the Jewish Faith and pastor’s from the Christan Faith saying what the Bible Say’s WE MUST BE BORN AGAIN & when i here someone saying that the church has replaced Israel which we all know to be another LIE brought about by the Prince of all LIAR’s satan himself i can push a button and they go away….. But friend’s satan will be back to try and turn us away or mess with our mind’s and say doth God Say ??????????
Well my friend’s GOD doth Say We Have His Word ON It but we cannot pick and chouse it’s All or nothing as he say’s in Revelation’s 3: 14-22 { I Wish You} May God Bless You All as we allow his word to tell us the TRUTH…………..
Praying For The Peace Of Jerusalem
Shalom Jamie,
My dear brother,it never entered my mind to burn any one at the stake. I am not condemning you or anyone else. Many have called me a legalist, but as you believe, so do I believe that salvation is by grace through faith in Jesus Christ. Grace is an undeserved gift from God . It can not be earned by works. .(Ephesians 2:8-9). However, I believe that the watered down grace only gospel in many of today’s churches in America is in part the lukewarmness Christ warned the Laodiceans about. Sadly, grace only , without repentance or obedience is being preached extensively, and this teaching can be extremly deceitfull and dangerous. Jesus did not say to the adulteress , “go , you’re covered by grace ,” he said “go, and sin no more.” John 8:11 Jesus told his deciples “that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem.” Luke 24:27 Jesus said to the lukewarm Laodiceans” As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent. Revelation 3:19 John the Baptist said, “Repent ye: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.” Matthew 3:2 Jesus said “Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.” Matthew 4:17 Peter said ” Repent, and be baptized …for the remission of sins. Acts 2:38 Also,” Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, Acts 3:19 Paul said ” What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound? God forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein? Romans 6:1&2″ and “What then? shall we sin, because we are not under the law, but under grace? God forbid.” Rom.6:15. Therefore it is abudantly clear that repentance is required. On the radio I heard a married woman who described herself as a Christian tell the host / Bible teacher that she was involved in an adulterous affair and that no matter how hard she tried , she just coundn’t and has not stopped it. She asked am I still saved ? The host said Yes, you are still covered under the blood of Jesus. He told this pitfull woman that adutery is, (and I quote) “permissable but not profitable”!!!!. This is not the gospel Jesus or Paul preached. Need I say , Herein lies the deceitfullness of sin and the danger that teaching grace only without repentance and obedience may lead to ? Return once more to the thief on the cross. Of course he did not live a repentant life, he didn’t have time to, as his earthly life was about to end. But he did repent. In those last few moments of his life his heart was turned towards the King of Kings. Blessed be his Holy Name!. Therefore, I must, we all must obey Jesus and preach repentance for remission of sin . And as he commanded in Luke 24:27…. “Beginning at Jerusalem” … and ending at Jerusalem.
Shalom & God bless you, Jeremy
This is True what you guys are saying I agree with you a 100% May God Pour his peace on you all.
God Bless
Dear Stan, while I love you and your work, I agree with Dr.Reagan that an end must come to their iniquity. Sadly many will perish between this moment and the end of the seventh week. Maranatha.
Absolutely, repentance is key. When we see ourselves for what we are and see Jesus for who He is, then it s the goodness of God that leads us to repentance. My point about the thief on the cross was that He saw who Jesus was and repented just before his death and was saved. By analogy, Israel is God’s chosen people and thus when they come to recognize Jesus when He comes to save them, then they will be saved. Israel is well acquainted with the “sin” problem and the need for repentance. They just have not yet recognized who it was that has redeemed them from sin. They lack a certain knowledge to go along with their zeal for God.
I am not for one minute saying that grace is a license to sin. I submit to you that if you are born again, then the Spirit within you will bear fruit and you will no longer “live in” or habitually sin. But, 1st John bears out that all people sin and it is only through the atoning Blood of Jesus that we are forgiven. This is the part that Israel lacks. They reason that their sins can be forgiven if the repent, but they do no understand that it is by relying on Jesus that this can be accomplished. One day I believe they will see and understand because God’s Word says they will (Romans, Zech).
I would say I agree with the article, in general, but nothing is said about the part Yeshua, the Messiah, will play in Israel being blessed. Jesus, (Yeshua) did say, “I am the way, the truth and the life. No man comes to the Father, but by me.” I believe very strongly in the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. I believe just as strongly in what Jesus prayed to the Father, “This is eternal life, that they know you, the only true God, and Jeshua, the Messiah, whom you have sent.”
I have not believed the pretribulation rapture theory for many years. I honestly do not know either what Israel or Western Civilization may yet go through. We could all still face tribulation and persecution. I do believe the many prophecies you quote will one day be fulfilled, but there is a condition to having God’s blessing, both in the Old and New Testaments. That condition is succinctly stated in 2 Chronicles 7:14 “If my people, which are called by my Name, will humble themselves and pray, and seek my face, then will I hear from heaven and forgive their sin and heal their land.”
What do you think?

Shalom Jamie,
Yes, I too believe they (Israel) will “see and understand” when the fullness of the gentiles has come in, which I think is very near. Thank you for stating clearly your agreement on repentance. I am so sick of grace only teaching that I feel compelled to spout off once in a while about obedience . If my tone was accusatory , I certainly did not mean it to be. I am very zealous for righteousness . I thank the Lord Jesus that He lets me wear His righteousness, freely given to us by His spilled blood. God loves righteousness.
For the righteous LORD loveth righteousness, Psalms 11:7
This righteousness that God loves is the righteousness of the saints spoken of in Revelation 19 verses 7&8….
Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made herself ready. And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints.
This is our own personal righteousness, even though it is filthy rags now compared with the righteousness that Jesus gives us by his blood, it will be turned to fine white linnen on that day! God Bless you.
Shalom,Jeremy
Shalom Stan,
Having read & kept articles by you in past years, it is great to be able to read your page. Especially on this topic, which is the whole reason for our web site!
TO BRING COMFORT & CLEAR EXPLANATIONS FROM SCRIPTURE OF A GLORIOUS FUTURE FOR ALL JEWISH PEOPLE, WHO WE BELIEVE WILL BE ALL RE-GATHERED TO ISRAEL & WILL COME INTO WONDERFUL BLESSINGS!
Thank you so much for bringing this out! We grieve for the ‘proud’ attitude Sha’ul warned us of in Romans 11 - to suggest ADONAI will devide his Body/Bride/ Olive tree/ is just so SAD & WRONG! Yeshua will resurrect all Believers & return IN GLORY on ONE great Ressurection Day! There are not 2 parts of his Coming!
It is best we do not write too much here, but we feel Isaiah 60:1 -3 (etc) spells out the soon coming, glorious future for Israel IN THIS world ~ BEFORE Yeshua returns to reign from Jerusalem…
[To Israel!] “Arise, Shine for YOUR light has come & the Glory of ADONAI shines upon YOU! [BUT] See darkness covers [the rest of] the Earth & thick darkness is over the peoples [of the rest of the world].
But ADONAI arises on YOU, & HIS glory appears over YOU…”
Also the last verse of Ezekiel 39 is so beautiful!
“I wil no longer hide My Face from them, [the Messiah as in John 14: 9],
for I will pour out My Spirit on the House of Israel, declares the Sovereign ADONAI.”

It seems that you don’t emphasize on URGENTLY bringing repentance (Newness of Life) to Jews through the Messiah of Isaiah 53. It seems you emphasize more on helping Israel on a HUMAN PERSPECTIVE (physical security, physical aid).
But Jews are Spiritually dying daily, & they die without the Saviour although the Saviour has already made a way for them to be Forgiven. Please focus more on bringing God’s Forgiveness to Jews. Please emphasize the Good News that brings personal peace with God; let Jews understand that the God of the Tanakh has provided for the Forgiveness of our sins. In His Love He suffered for all our sins so that we may have Peace with God. All our good works & religious attendance can Never be good enough for the Holy God. PLEASE PASS THIS TO ALL WHO ARE NOT EMPHASIZING THE REAL GOOD NEWS FOR ISRAEL.
