On Sunday, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will be going before his nation, and before the world, to deliver his much anticipated foreign policy speech.
The two issues he is certain to focus on are Iran’s nuclear threat and Israel’s negotiations with the Palestinian Arabs
As he prepares to lay out his vision, this man is under unimaginable pressure to succumb to the will of the entire international community, of many Israelis, and even of his own defense minister, Ehud Barak.
(Barak is the man who, as prime minister in 2000, offered Yasser Arafat everything he wanted, including “east” Jerusalem and the Temple Mount - Israel’s most sacred site. Netanyahu gave him the defense portfolio because he is a good soldier, but he is overstepping his brief by dabbling in the diplomatic process. His sights are believed to be set on returning to the prime minister’s chair.)
What the world wants, what left wing Israelis want, what Egypt and all the other Arab and Muslim states want, is for “Bibi” to agree to the two-state-solution: the creation of an Arab state called Palestine on the biblical and historical land of the Jews.
The creation of this, 23rd, Arab state would pose a direct existential threat to the State of Israel. This is not theory or speculation - its a cold, solid, and amply proven fact.
Once they have got Netanyahu to “OK” this as a solution, the way will be open for the nations to implement it, and Israel’s demise (projected by the CIA last month as being no more than 20 years away) will be that much closer.
We know from history that this prime minister is not strong enough to withstand and resist this pressure on his own. And his inability - thanks to Barak - to present his government’s united front to oppose it, makes for some rather grim expectations.
But God!
If you believe in the God of Israel and have faith in His Word, then please join me and pray - between now and Sunday (June 14) - for Him to pour unyielding iron into Netanyahu’s spine and/or that the Lord will generate circumstances and events that will deflect or ameliorate the pressures on the prime minister, enabling him to keep to the path he knows is the correct and best way for his people.

You asked that we pray “for Him to pour unyielding iron into Netanyahu’s spine” For weeks now I have been praying virtually these exact words - asking that the Lord “strengthen PM Netanyahus back” and that he would not succumb to International pressure. I have also been praying that G-d would visit the PM personally and speak to him the following “I am the G-d of Avraham, Yitschak & Yaakov and just as I delivered the Midianites into Gideon’s hands with only 300, I can deliver you from your enemies around you. Trust in me and not the USA”
Am joining you in prayer! The LORD alone is able to deliver — and will!
For days before the Prime Minister of Israel met with President Obama I started praying exactly as you have requested; that God would make Natanyahu’s head as hard as iron when it came to resisting the suicidal two state solution.
God’s will has already been revealed! He called His people back to the Land and He would not call them back to leave again!!
I cannot even begin to imagine what is happening in the spiritual realm in the Eretz Israel; you are in my prayers also. Continue to fight the good fight; we will finish the course. The Author and Finisher of our faith has predetermined that fact.

Since the Iranian elections will be over by then and the “winner” proclaimed, I imagine Bibi’s speech (no matter WHAT its content) will serve as the casus belli for Hez’B'Allah to order an attack from Lebanon, starting the War of Psalm 83. My prayers are with PM Netanyahu and the people of Israel.

I am lifting PM Netanyahu up in prayer as often as I can I have such a burden on my heart for him at this point in history. Please keep getting out the truth of what is taking place and encouraging us to pray for Jerusalem for Zion and for Gods chosen people.
Stan, I see it as a double-whammy. If Bibi resists America and the establishment of a “Palestinian” state, the ire of America, Europe, the UN, the Muslims, and the entire world will follow.
If Bibi allows the creation of a “Palestinian” state, we know it will be turned into what we now see in Gaza.
Whichever way it goes, Israel is the loser and will be hated of all nations.
But Joseph is waiting in the wings, waiting to reveal Himself to his brothers. He’s waiting for them to repent and turn to their God. For THAT we must pray.
I am praying faithfully for PM Netanyahu and our beloved Israel. I was reading in
1 Kings where King David handed the Kingdom of Israel to his son, Solomon. Solomon built the temple.
Starting in 1 Kings chapter 8, verse 12 in the Living Bible (very easy to read)
Now King Solomon prayed this invocation:
“The Lord has said that He would live in the thick darkness;
But, O Lord, I have built you a lovely nome on earth, a place for you to live forever.”
Then the king turned around and faced the people as they stood before him, and blessed them.
Blessed be the Lord God of Israel, “he said, “who has done today what He promised my father David: for He said to him, “When I brought my people from Egypt, I didn’t appoint a place for my Temple, but I appointed a man to be my people’s leader.” This man was my father, David. He wanted to build a Temple for the Lord God of Israel, but the Lord told him not to. “I am glad you want to do it,’ he said, but your son is the one who shall build My Temple.” And now the Lord has done what He promised; for I have followed my father as king of Israel, and now this Temple has been built for the Lord God of Israel. And I have prepared a place in the Temple for the Ark which contains the covenant made by the Lord with our fathers, at the time that he brought them out of the land of Egypt.

We are praying that God will give PM Netanyhu His power (for we have none of our own) to do God’s will in this matter. Our eyes are on God for we know not what to do. As God gave Solomon the wisdom to rule, I pray for our Lord God will give PM Netanyhu the wisdom he needs to rule at this time in History.. HIS STORY…

We have been praying for Bibi ever since he desided to step up and take the place of leader of Israel, we know he has been put there by G-d for such a time as this, and we will stand in prayer for the Almighty to give him wisdom and knowledge for every moment he is on guard for our beloved Israel. The future of Israel does not depend on the leaders of Israel or the world making the right choices, only upon the God of Israel to uphold His Word. God had deliberately placed this issue before the world leaders for the sole purpose of dividing and separating the sheep from the goats. Let there be no mistake about it, we are in the Valley and the nations of the world will find themselves on either the right hand of Messiah’s throne or the left side. Israel is the only nation in the world with a guaranteed future, they will be sustained and survive, on the other hand those nations that choose to turn against Israel will be judged.
America and the nation’s crumbling moral, spiritual and financial foundations are being shaken and their future blessings and existence rest solely upon their position with Israel.
So in reality it is the future of the nations that is at stake here, not Israel.
How they position themselves in the coming days will determine whether they inherit the blessing or the curse. Whether they drink from the cup of trembling or from the cup of blessing.
I pray that people will wake up to this reality very soon, as the day is fast approaching.

If we are going to pray for Bibi, then the first thing we pray for is his personal salvation. Pray that he has an encounter with Messiah Yeshua so that he will be equipped to deal with the challenges that lay ahead. Pray that he will be surrounded by believers who will advise him correctly and not just politically.
We need to understand the only legitimate government that will bring peace to the Land is the one with Yeshua sitting on the throne of David in Jerusalem. This will not happen until the leadership in Israel comes to this realization as well.
